Braiding - Step 2

As you continue braiding, you will notice that the three free ends will shorten. Continue to braid Ropes A & B until the lengths of their free ends are the same length as Rope C's free ends.

Place Rope C underneath of your braided whip so that Rope C's free ends are now running parallel to the two outermost strands of Ropes A & B, as shown. As you continue braiding from this point, you will treat each pair of parallel strands as a single "free end." Continue braiding as you did before.
